We aimed to improve and modernize the corporate & franchise websites and increase conversions of the franchise landing pages. We couldn’t revamp the existing homegrown CMS because of its limitations, so we looked to build on top of an existing CMS.
02 — Development Process
I successfully led a team of developers to implement an SEO and conversion strategy built by an advertising agency, developed tools for users to manage web content, developed a portal for Franchise users to showcase their company testimonials, product, and services, and created a workflow for Corporate user the ability to publish content.
