Allegro CRM

01 — Project details

A third party built a monolithic CRM for us, and this guy got to manage it. I experienced headaches trying to keep the app from crashing, code changes were painstakingly tricky, and bugs never stopped appearing.

02 — Development process

I helped create a new homegrown CRM called Allegro to address the pain points. Allegro was intended to give Franchise owners a modern, easy-to-use version of CRM.
